MentorPower have created a valuable guidebook which can be downloaded here.
This guidebook named “Intercultural mentoring Guidebook” was created as part of a strategic partnership project for the empowerment and social integration of migrant youth by facilitating their integration into the labour market and/or education systems using engagement mentoring.
MentorPower is approaching mentoring with a specifc angle, putting migrant youth at the centre of the reflection.
If you are working in an NGO, a public body, an educational institution (or something similar) and you are considering extending the field of your activities to a mentoring programme for migrant youth; this guidebook is made for you!
